The product is under a 3-year warranty, and before returning it, we confirmed multiple times with Branch Manager John Watkins that it would be eligible for a return and refund. He clearly said we could bring it to any Ferguson store and that the refund would be processed. We followed through and dropped it off. Since then, it's been over 8 months and we still haven’t received any refund. We've sent several follow-ups, but all we've gotten back are generic replies that it’s "being worked on," without any real updates or action. This has honestly been a frustrating experience. What should’ve been a simple return has turned into a drawn-out process that’s wasted a lot of our time. It’s disappointing, especially after being reassured from the start that this wouldn’t be an issue.

My Dad’s Expansion Tank was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. It’s Friday afternoon at 3:45 - Ferguson closes at 4:00… I’m on 495 in heavy traffic. I called the shop and explained to the gentleman who answered the phone the situation. He assured me that I needed to drive safely and that he would wait for my arrival! How grateful I was to receive his kindness and understanding. I arrived at 4:03 and there I had the pleasure of meeting Earnest, the gentleman who made this purchase possible! Thank you Earnest for waiting for me that day. My father sends his gratitude, too. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
