Atlantic Blue insisted on wanting to bring out heavy equipment to dig a 2’ hole after 2 steady days of rain. I absolutely refused, because of the damage it would have caused. They reluctantly hand dug, which took less than 20 minutes. Atlantic Blue also misquoted the work, not including cost for a retest. David graciously agreed to not bill it as it was their error. The Atlantic Blue team did not provide the proper vial for testing for chlorine runoff, and the oral directions were woefully inadequate, which I learned 8 days later when I was still running off the well. David was the only professional with whom I interacted through what was a 12 day process. I would choose another company to work for, David. You are far better than the rest of that team! FOLLOW UP: I received a call of concern from Ned today. He asked about my experience, listened, and handled this very professionally. He shared his thoughts about discussing some aspects with various employees involved in this process, and re-training to improve the performance of his team for all customers moving forward. I commend their willingness to improve. Thank you for your follow up, and for taking the time to listen. It is appreciated! I therefore changed your rating from 2 to 4 stars.
