- PPPop PopMar 24, 20261.0When I called for service, I explained to them that I had a leak in my bathtub faucet when you turn the shower on, technician claimed he wasn't relayed the info but did see the picture I sent. Regardless he pointed out every deficiency he noticed, which I can appreciate to a certain point, but then it really started to feel like an up-sale. The price was astronomical, but considered having the work done until he continued with how he didn't even trust the water shut off valves. I have worked in service for 25 years and never did anything like that. You can point out issues without making yourself seem like the greatest plumber on the entire planet. I was the one who appreciated call backs for more work and the trust that ensues. The helper was very professional and shook my hand, and I hope he keeps it up. Needless to say, I didn't have the work done and called a different company that did twice the work for half the cost.
