Jefferson and Jason have been very helpful in getting me a dumpster often times at the last minute. The dumpster is always dropped off and picked up within the timeframe agreed upon. At times, at the last minute I’ve requested to change my pick up or drop off time, and there they are making sure that the request is honored….amazing! I really love using this company, because I know that their word is their bond, so I can count on the dumpster being at my location ready to get loaded. As long as I need a dumpster, I have absolutely no intention to use another company unless for some strange reason DumpStor decide to go out of business (which I pray not) It’s really difficult to find honest, reliable, and exceptional service these days, and at a reasonable cost at that, but I was very fortunate to find DumpStor. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the excellent job DumpStor 👌

When the dumpster was first dropped off, it unfortunately blocked access to my garage. However, a quick call to the office was handled graciously, and the issue was resolved within the hour—impressive responsiveness. The size of the dumpster ended up being slightly underestimated for the amount of fencing I needed removed. I contacted the office, and they approved a slight overfill, as long as a photo was provided for confirmation. Everything was handled smoothly, and the dumpster was picked up without any issues. Thank you, Dumpstor! If I need similar services in the future, you’ll be my first call.
