Our experience: They're honest and hard-working, do good work, did NOT try to sell us an inappropriate unit, they care about their customers, & have reasonable prices (better than others for similar HVAC units). We've bought 2 units from them, had them serviced when needed, and use them for maintenance, too. When we had an in-warranty claim that the manufacturer hesitated to honor, S.R. Pete & Sons helped us prove to the manufacturer that the needed replacement part was indeed under warranty and so it got covered! Highly recommend S.R. Pete & Sons!
