Wasnt helpful at all,couldnt coue less that we needed this hot water tank,refused to help load it( 150 lbs) Has a major attitude problem and just cost this store any future business. My family owns alot of rentals and gad this experience gone well,they would have made really good money. I would not reccomend going here. The man said " Im not a plumber,you get what you get" when asked if I had the correct materials. Doesnt know a thing about the products he is selling. So no hot water for me.
