- ZTZachary TaylorJul 14, 20251.0ZERO IF POSSIBLE! Three years ago had a full install for cash, which I'm sure is why the continue to say there's "no records". It needed repair within months, by them and tried to charge. Then another repair the next summer. Full unit looked at thermostat to end. Worked for a few weeks and died again. Had another company come out bc they put me on a week wait list. Same story. They came back AGAIN and blamed it on my new thermostat. We're three weeks after that, no air, nothing has been touched, it hasn't been turned off, no power surges. After being yelled at and cursed at, returning fire got a "call some body else response" and a blocked number. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and quite literally rude and ignorant people. Scammers from the start, scammers to the end.
