I was having issues with my HVAC unit not working. These guys were my second option and I'm so glad I called them . They came out same day and had my problem fix within 10 minutes. Saved me a ton! They have a customer for life ❤️

Aaron and his team are top notch! Not only are they quick with their responsiveness, but their knowledge and professionalism is incredible. Last summer I was in a situation with a broken AC during the hottest part of the summer (and the busiest time for HVAC companies). I knew I could rely on Cool Runnings—and sure enough, they did not disappoint. They’ll always be my first phone call! 🙌🏼

I had an ignition issue on a furnace which they fixed however, the part was marked it up no big deal, but they charged 2 hours at $120 plus a $65 dispatch fee because they had to get the part. In total they were there less than 30- 45min total time. When I questioned, I was talked to very condescendingly. They appear to make their money off people who don't know any better. Should have been a $250 repair MAX. If you have lots of money and like being taken advantage of this is your guy. Update- In less than 24 hours the unit broke again at 7pm on a Saturday with a low of 12degrees. I tried to call them but didn't get an answer, so I had a different company come out and they told me that Cool Runnings didn't put it back together correctly and that caused an issue. The other company only charged me $175 to fix and they even serviced the unit. A service that cool Runnings recommended to me but would not do unless I scheduled it with them at a later date thus incurring another $120 Service call fee and unknown delivery fee’s + Plus the $200 for the service because they charge a service fee for each issue they find or that you call in. Now mind you, the other company I called to fix Cool Runnings mistake was there for 35min repaired and serviced the unit for $175 after hours on a weekend night. Don't get ripped off go elsewhere.

Had to get a whole new unit installed last winter, and communication wasn't that great. I had to be the one to call to ask for updates the entire time, while stuck with no heat in the dead of winter, only to finally be told why there was a delay in delivering and installing the system. Honestly I wouldn't have been upset if I was just informed from the beginning, but communication is half the job. Then, recently had the system act up a bit during this years winter, guys came out, inspected everything, and then come to find out the unit *they* installed, they had neglected to even turn on the backup switch for auxiliary heat. So our system has just been working overtime each winter. And to be charged over two hundred dollars is kind of insane for a mistake they made. Lastly, I'm not a pro with this field of work, but this job looked messy. There were gaps everywhere that let's in the cold, and I had to spray foam myself to try to help it a bit...not impressed to say the least

I hired Cool Runnings to install Daiken units into my 160yo home which had no heating or AC system as it was just used in the summer when I purchased the home. Aaron, one of the owners, came out right away to give me an estimate and to access the best way to complete the job. I did some shopping around and settled on his company. I’m extremely impressed that they came out within a few weeks and completed an excellent job within two days! The guys all knew exactly what they were doing even though they had to adjust some things to accommodate how my older home was built. They versed me on how to operate and clean my 4 mini-split units so they would last a very long time. Thanks to Cool Running’s for a very pleasant experience! Q
