  New Bryant system install completed in a day. Excellent work by the Shaws team. Neat clean install and showed me how to work the new thermostat. I couldn't be more pleased. Will start a service contract with Shaws. Highly recommend!

  Edited/Updated FEBRUARY 2026. Again, we give Shaws another 5 Star review for the total HVAC replacement job just completed. After trying to limp along with a 21-year old heat pump, we decided to replace the old system with a new, 2 cycle Bryant. The installation went smoothly and the technicians were experts. Mr. Shaw himself worked alongside his team in a tiny, miserable crawl space under my home on a 22 degree day.The work was done quickly and cleanly and completed same day. The price was fair. We will use Shaws for years to come - they have earned our trust! Previous review from summer 2025: We cannot say enough positive things about all of our experiences with Shaws. First of all, we moved into our home on the Eastern Shore during the 100 degree heatwave in June and on the day we moved in, the Central Air started blowing out hot air. Shaws came out here to our rural location within 90 minutes and an angel named Carson Adams literally saved us- with a smile on his face the whole time. The man crawled under our home on a 104 degree day with a smile on his face and saved us by adding coolant! He continued to work on our unit during a downpour of rain! Since then, we have hired them to do all our HVAC service and repairs and they even service our oil boiler. We have a maintenance contract with them for all our systems. Shaws is flexible and always allows us to schedule service with Carson who now knows our home and is teaching us about all of its idiosyncratic features. We trust him in our home completely. I expect we will rely on Shaws for decades to come and are so thankful we found them!
