  I told the technician (Bertrand) that the blades on the outdoor unit were not working. He explained step by step what he was going to do to find the cause of the problem, which he found and fixed. He showed me some parts that were showing wear and should be replaced. He was upfront and very professional.

  Booked an appointment for the following day. Received a call 10 mins after booking, they said the next available appointment is 12 days after I booked my initial appointment. Why have “available” appointments that aren’t actually available?

  J. Bobby just inspected the plumbing in my house. He flushed the hot water heater, checked the faucets and pipes, and tested the water quality. Now, what stood Bobby apart from plumbers I had in the past is his experience and know-how. For example, he said it wasn’t necessary to do a full flush on my water heater. After a several minutes of flushing, he turned off the water. He said, “Your water is clean, no sediment. I don’t want to waste your water.” This is just one example of know-how and trade common sense. Finally, he showed me how to clean the garbage disposal. I was doing it wrong all these years. I’m asking for Bobby if I ever have a plumbing issue.
