  We had an incredible experience with Roof Masters! The outer pane on the skylight in our kitchen shattered and left us in a panic with impending rain and expecting a house full of family the next day for Easter. Within 2 hours of our call, Mauricio arrived to inspect and weatherproof our skylight. He provided excellent and thorough service and gave us a sense of peace knowing we'd be safe from the elements. He took measurements as well to provide us with a quote for a replacement skylight. We would highly recommend Roof Masters!

  We needed a roof inspection done on a house we moved into for insurance purposes. Howard was great to work with. He was super communicable and personable. The appointment was promptly made and we got what we needed without any fuss.

  Jack came out to give me an estimate - but started taking his boot covers off and preparing to leave when I mentioned I wasn't ready to move forward until the Summer and wanted to get some quotes to budget. He ballparked my roof about 2x more than 3 other quotes as well, wasn't wanting to give me an estimate still on roof and windows because he thought it was a waste of time.. easiest way to never get business is to not send out an estimate. Thanks for wasting both of our time 👍

  I had a fantastic experience with Howard from Roof Masters. He provided a thorough inspection and was incredibly professional, fair, and timely. What I appreciated most was his honesty; he didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Instead, he took the time to educate me on the current state of my roof and what maintenance is actually needed. Howard is a total standup guy, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

  The VERY BEST contractor I have come across in 20 years. Top to bottom. I have been in the DC, MD, VA construction industry most of my adult life and own and work at a small carpentry company. A "life event" kept me from doing my own work and sent me on the search for a company that would meet what I consider to be very high standards. From the very first phone call in trying to address what is a complex situation I knew I was witnessing something special. Ms. Kim took my initial call and right away put me at ease both professionally and personally. After much deligence on her part, way beyond the call of duty...she passed me on to Jack at sales...the man is a walking encyclopedia of his trade...One minute with Jack and you know he lives and breathes roofing and his sincerity is matched by the companies straight forward honest, easy to understand, fair system and pricing. Just when I thouight they could not out do themselves their crew showed up. They were well behaved, clean, hardworking and even more impressive "craftsmen" in what is quickly becoming a lost art. Jorge, the field supervisor not only kept me informed of what was going on but he was also very knowledgeble, confident and competent. The job was done on time and on budget...what else could one ask for? How about a call at the end of the project from the owner... Howard Rittenberg. Not just a twenty second quality control query but a real conversation. I don't normally write reviews, much less, long, raving ones, this Company though deserves as many five star reviews are there are trees on the planet. Good Work...I am impressed! Thank you.
