- APAlan PasetskyApr 16, 20261.0Very disappointing. We bought a Toto toilet, seat and lever in the store. A day later we received an email that the toilet was discontinued and the other items shipped. We returned the other items directly to the store and they were very uninterested in helping us do the return and never even tried to help find us a new toilet. It is now 8 days since the return and we are still waiting for those refunds because they intentionally hold back processing refunds. We also had to then call Ferguson customer service because they never put in to refund the delivery fee for the toilet that never shipped. But here is the kicker- the toilet was not discontinued and we ordered it on Wayfair and had it in 3 days and it was much cheaper. Never again.
