  The VERY BEST contractor I have come across in 20 years. Top to bottom. I have been in the DC, MD, VA construction industry most of my adult life and own and work at a small carpentry company. A "life event" kept me from doing my own work and sent me on the search for a company that would meet what I consider to be very high standards. From the very first phone call in trying to address what is a complex situation I knew I was witnessing something special. Ms. Kim took my initial call and right away put me at ease both professionally and personally. After much deligence on her part, way beyond the call of duty...she passed me on to Jack at sales...the man is a walking encyclopedia of his trade...One minute with Jack and you know he lives and breathes roofing and his sincerity is matched by the companies straight forward honest, easy to understand, fair system and pricing. Just when I thouight they could not out do themselves their crew showed up. They were well behaved, clean, hardworking and even more impressive "craftsmen" in what is quickly becoming a lost art. Jorge, the field supervisor not only kept me informed of what was going on but he was also very knowledgeble, confident and competent. The job was done on time and on budget...what else could one ask for? How about a call at the end of the project from the owner... Howard Rittenberg. Not just a twenty second quality control query but a real conversation. I don't normally write reviews, much less, long, raving ones, this Company though deserves as many five star reviews are there are trees on the planet. Good Work...I am impressed! Thank you.

  We got our roof done in January and the team was professional and easy to get in touch with. Happy with their work and we had interviewed 3 other companies, this was by far the best.

  Roof Masters are the best! My roof had a leak in one of the upstairs bedrooms, minor leak, no water just a small stain on the ceiling. With the upcoming snow storm I got worried so I called Roof Masters and they came the next day to patch up my roof to make sure no melting snow would get into my attic. They really saved me! Its been over a week with a sheet of ice on my roof and no issues at all, and im so happy that i dont have to worry about it. Great customer service and responsiveness also. I called a few roofers a couple days before the snow storm and only Roof Masters was able to help. I live in a heavily wooded area so I get a lot of branches falling on my house. I will definitely be calling Roof Masters if I ever have another issue with my roof! Thanks so much!

  I had an excellent experience working with Roof Masters and I really want to give them a shoutout. The entire team was very professional from start to finish. They were on time, organized, and kept me updated throughout the process. I appreciated how they answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was being done before moving forward. They did the roof, gutters, and two windows at my house, and everything came out great. The job was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work really shows. Everything was cleaned up nicely afterward too, which I always respect. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and I would absolutely recommend Roof Masters to anyone who needs roofing work done.
