As someone who has been in the electrical profession for over 17 years, such experience was so refreshing. I thought such experience was just a one time behavior, but since then he's not only proven to have this positive and highly commendable costumer friendly behavior, he has also proven to be the most prefesionally competent man at the counter I ever met. He is very much unusually abreast of all the materials and their code names. This whole experience is unprecedented! The surprise made me ask him if he is one of the owners of REXEL, because, he was so aggressively marketing the company's products and conducting himself totally in the interest of the company as if he was the owner.
