I am only giving it four stars because I had 12 other neighbors interested in having their units cleaned at the same time for a total of 16 PTAC units and they were unwilling to accommodate a group booking after many many phone calls and we will checks etc.

Had to make several calls just to schedule the first estimate. When I receive my estimate, the link for financing didn’t work? Sent them an email requesting another link that was ignored. Called the office and requested the link received a reply with no link attached? Third attempt worked after calling again. Crew inexplicably decided to move my Thermostat from one side of the room to the other? No discussion no Notice? Leaves a gaping hole in my wall and tells me someone will come the next time they’re in the area and cover it up? Left their trash in my home and hallway. Avoid Quality Air at all cost.
