    How can I say how much I was impressed with Quality Air Services and the way they installed my new HVAC unit. They arrived when they said they would and their technicians Henry Alvarado and Chris Venegas were outstanding. They were polite, knowledgeable, and worked diligently throughout the whole installation. Great job guys and thanks! 😊

    My experience with Quality Air Services couldn't have been smoother. They have made the whole process for the replacement of my old HVAC effortless. Special shout out to Angie who guided me throughout this whole process. From start to finish, she answered all my questions in a professional manner. I can't forget Sean your estimator either. Very knowledgeable and polite. They both are to be commended for their great professionalism. Great job guys!

    There is no "quality" associated with this company. It is unquestionably the most unprofessional vendor I have ever dealt with. First, a technician erroneously diagnosed the issue with my HVAC unit as a faulty thermostat. After paying for a new and costly thermostat and installation, I quickly learned that was not the issue because the unit continued to malfunction. After contacting the company to advise of their error, they attempted to charge me the full cost for a technician to reassess the unit. After reassessment, the tech determined the issue was the control panel. The company took months to locate a replacement panel with a manufacturer, although this is a new unit that was installed 4 yrs ago. After locating the panel, they provided me with an estimate for installation. I subsequently approved the estimate but was told it had expired because some time had elapsed. A customer service rep told me they needed to confirm the continued availabiliy and cost of part. After a week, the same rep advised me that the part was still available and the cost remained the same. She sent that cost estimate to me, I accepted it, and paid a 1/3 deposit fee. Days later, a rep advised that the manufacturer no longer had the part (which she allegedly confirmed only days prior) and the company would have to cancel my order and estimate, and refund my deposit. At that time, she advised that the refund had been issued. My bank account reflected a pending deposit. However, nearly a week later...no refund and it is no longer pending in my account. According to my bank, this would be due to a cancellation by the vendor. So now, my HVAC unit continues to malfunction, I have wasted months with this vendor, and they have fraudulently withheld a refund for a service they have not provided. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
