The job was done carefully and quickly, and he went through our options and answered all of our questions prior to purchase and install. Same-day service, and the new water heater has been working perfectly for the last few months. Highly recommend Erik and would definitely call Heil Plumbing again.

Damontae Tuck from Heil Plumbing diagnosed the issue perfectly. He went above and beyond, cleaning pipes in areas the previous companies completely overlooked. The problem is finally solved! After finishing the job, Damontae took the time to explain which maintenance chemicals to use to prevent this from happening again. We definitely recommend Heil Plumbing for their expertise and thoroughness.

I went to a serious medical appointment early Friday. I called Heil plumbing after my appointment around 11 and was able to keep a social engagement be a little after 1:00 pm. Everything is great.

Israel answered my call and helped get a technician out right away all while being polite and professional. Jeffrey showed up first thing in the morning of the scheduled service day with a smile and eagerness to fix the issues. He took the time to explain the issues I was having while pointing out some other possible issues I might have in the future and to keep an eye on them. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice person. I appreciate Heil Plumbing & HVAC dedication and expertise all the way from the initial phone call through the service with the tech. I highly recommend this company and their hardworking team.
