  The Renaissance sales staff as well as the installers, went way beyond the typical service one would expect and made our renovation go very smoothly. We installed both vinyl flooring in our living room and lower staircases as well as carpeting on our upper staircases. I have to use the word artistry to describe how they worked around certain challenges and achieve incredible results. Needless to say, we would highly recommend Renaissance Flooring for all your flooring needs. Bravo.

  I received multiple estimates for carpet, hardwood flooring and kitchen cabinets. Carpet & Floor Express had the best price and I can now say had exceptional service! Great customer service and the installers were on time and great to work with. Considering it was a big project, I was a bit nervous but Hooman and his team made sure everything was completed on time and to my liking. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend Carpet & Floor Express to anyone who needs new flooring or kitchen remodeling!

  The work was good, with the exception of a door no longer able to close. However, money was missing from my home where the workers were located. I reported this to the company and was told that that these contractors wouldn't have taken the money. I know for a fact that this money was not where I left it. There is no doubt. I filed a police report for this felony theft. Lesson learned. Do not leave any valuables out if hiring this company.

  We are fully satisfied with Tony, Hamid and crew of Carpet and Floor Express for service, installation and price. We had been seeking a berber-style carpet with a pattern, texture and a color mix to compliment three paint colors - tan, yellow and blue. Carpet and Floor Express had a Mohawk product that met our requirements and that was environmentally green, being made from plastic bottles. The pricing was way below that of a box store, which would have charged $100 per piece of furniture to be moved. Not so with Carpet and Floor Express - furniture moves and disposal of the old carpet and pad are part of the unit price per square foot.

  I contacted them about a stain on the carpet on a fresh install. The installers finished late and I didn't review until the following day. The house is being ready to be sold so no one is in the home. All I was told was that;' "the installers don't carry anything that can stain.". I never heard back after I sent the requested pictures and then a week later, I was charged on a credit card that I had asked the installer to notate not to charge. It has been over a week and I never got any resolution. My house is going on the market now and I now have to spend money to remove a stain that was on the carpet from day 1. The other down side to this is that my card did not go through and I didn't get a call or notice asking for, what I assume will be, a full payment. NO RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AS OF YET AND I'M SURE NO COMPENSATION FOR THE ISSUES I'M DEALING WITH. The plus to the whole thing is, even though the installer came an hour after the install window and still had to deal with parking issues in our community, they got the job done. Quick and efficient on a what was a very hot day. Thank you to the installers for the work done. My only question is if they saw the stain or not. If they did see the stain it would have been best to just notify the company or the customer. In general the 3 stars are for that reason alone. The initial contact, estimate and procedure was at a minimum 4.8 stars. Thanks C&F EXP. The pictures show the stain in the light and the dark, from the same angle and up close.
