From start to finish, the team was responsive and detailed, and it felt like they treated the job as if it were their own home. The crew was also very friendly! We had just bought a new home and wanted to update the feel, so naturally, we decided to start with the floors. We have a ~3800 sqft home, with 3/5ths needing new tiling, flooring, and resanding. The remaining 2/5ths needed the floors deep-cleaned. Biggest highlights: - They were the quickest to reply to our estimate email (in fact, the only ones out of the 8 we contacted!) - They picked up the flooring materials for free - They hired an electrician when something tripped - They worked with us in parallel with any other contractors on site - They responded to emails within the hour, and we exchanged emails daily - I don't have the picture here, but the NAILED the herirngboard too When we redo the kitchen, we're definitely calling them again, and so should you.

At first I was hopeful...I sent in a request by their website, and recieved an email a few hours...I responded immediately, but no response for a week. Decided to call, and they apologized and said there was a changeover in people...Fine, I scheduled an appointment for Monday December 8th...On Monday I called and they said they do not have a record of an appointment. Well...I guess they did not want my business...Save yourself the frustration of a run around, and call a business who will call back and return emails, and actually schedule appointments.
