  I had a great experience with AG Floors. I chose Bona natural on white oak with semi-gloss finish and the results are exactly what I wanted. The price was fair and in the range of other bids. I chose AG because they could get in the next day and they finished in 2 days. They got the noisy part out of the way on a weekday (Friday) so that Saturday the neighbors weren't bothered. It went very smoothly and I love my floors!

  We needed to refinish our hardwood floors so I called 4 different companies to get a quote. Out of the 4, 2 gave me quotes on the spot and out of the 2, AG Floors was the only one with a great price and quick customer service. They sent us Jayro and Juan to do the work. The guys were polite and did a great job. They came to work at 9am (sometimes earlier) and left after 6pm! It was A LOT of work and very detail oriented! Super hardworking guys. They taped up the rooms that didn't need any work due to all the dust that comes with the floor sanding and also taped up the whole kitchen cabinets! I think Dexter would be very impressed. So afterwards there wasn't dust EVERYWHERE!! Obviously some dust was expected but nothing crazy. The end results were beautiful!! We did have to call them back cause we found a couple of spots that needed to be fixed but that was due to some dust being trapped after the sealing. Again, nothing crazy and they came the next day in the morning to take care of it all. Very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future! For reference, we have red oak hardwood floors and they were that orangy color that shows in one of the pictures with the handrail so you can see the color difference. We got all our floors done, the stairs, and the banisters...hence the detail oriented work. I picked the Silvered Gray stain and it came out beautiful!! Thank you so much!

  I would like to share my personal experience with this company. They installed flooring that has numerous issues, including dents and visible defects. During the work, damage was also caused to the ceiling. The company later brought in additional workers to address the ceiling damage, and after they left, one of my paintings was missing. When I raised this issue, the company took no responsibility whatsoever. When I contacted them about the flooring defects, they initially sent someone to look at the problems. After that, they completely stopped responding to my text messages, phone calls, and emails. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. I strongly regret working with this company. Update: After a missing painting and defective floors, I once again tried to resolve the situation with this company. When I explained that I should not be responsible for the full payment because I now need to hire another company to fix their poor work, they responded by threatening to place a lien on my house if I disputed the charge. This company consistently ghosts customers, refuses responsibility, and resorts to threats instead of solutions. Not once did they apologize or attempt to resolve the issues professionally. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
