  Dylan was great. We are new to the area and when our heat broke, this company was quick to service us and sent Dylan, who was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the repairs. They offered us their maintenance plan which we accepted to hopefully avoid any mishaps in the future.

  This is a company that genuinely wants to help the customer. At the beginning of last summer my A/C unit wasn't functioning properly and the first company that looked at completely missed the issue of low coolant. Long story short when the technician from Hoot Heating and Air came out he fixed everything the previous company had done wrong. He correctly identified that the coolant was running low from a leak and got the system back to working for the rest of the summer. What really impressed me was that the tech talked me through the trouble he was having, he knew there was a leak, but it was too small for him to conclusively locate. He didn't want to schedule me for a significant repair cost that might not fix the issue. This spring, knowing there was still a leak somewhere, I contacted Hoot Heating and Air again. This time b/c of the worsening leak, Dylan (the tech that came out this time) was able to find the leak. It was in one of the two areas the previous tech thought and thankfully in the less expensive of the two areas. Had Hoot Heating and Air not been a good company staffed with great people they would have just jumped at replacing the more expensive part, but they didn't. They were honest and made sure to find the actual problem. I'll definitely be using them for any HVAC issues in the future and will recommend whole heartedly to any friends, family, and neighbors.

  Dylan was professional & timely. He had good attention to detail, even pointing out things around our HVAC unit that we weren’t aware of.

  Dylan was very professional. Explained everything as he did it. Explained the repairs that need done and did them well. I highly recommend Hoot heating and air.

  Hoot Heating and Air just came over to complete my spring system checkup. Dylan did a great job - very personable, friendly and knowledgeable! He made sure I understood how my system works and gave me tips on how to operate it throughout the changing seasons. I totally recommend this company for anyone considering a new hvac system. They are very responsive and professional!
