  Hoot Heating and Air just came over to complete my spring system checkup. Dylan did a great job - very personable, friendly and knowledgeable! He made sure I understood how my system works and gave me tips on how to operate it throughout the changing seasons. I totally recommend this company for anyone considering a new hvac system. They are very responsive and professional!

  Our furnace went up right in the middle of the polar vortex. It was 22 years old so we decided to replace it. These guys had us back up and running in a day. Highly recommended.

  Hoot was a great choice - very happy with every aspect of the install - from the initial and subsequent meetings with Brian, to Ken and the crew that did the install, no complaints at all. They were not the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got, but they designed and upgraded our two old heat pumps in a way that best suited our needs, and so far thrilled with the results. The install crew was outstanding. Mind you, they installed during the major cold snap, not some warm, balmy day. Many trips back and forth, I offered to let them short cut through the house, or come in to warm up, Rather than mess up the house, they walked around the house through 10 inches of snow each time. Ken was my main contact, but the whole crew were great. Would recommend with no hesitation!

  The heat went out in our office today around 2:30 PM...on a Friday. I called Hoot and after about 5 minutes on the phone, I was on the schedule for an emergency repair. Within an hour or so, Brian arrived and quickly diagnosed and repaired our heating system before the close of business. Thank you for taking such good care of a new customer.
