The day of the appointment, we were contacted for a quick description of the problem. Our tech Brian came out and was a pleasure to work with! He quickly went right to work and found the culprit quickly. They were able to fix our furnace same day with the correct gas valve he had on the truck. I would recommend Hoot to anyone who is looking for HVAC issues. Brain gets an A+ for quality of work, on time, and being an effective communicator. Thanks again for the great service!
- BLBill LawsonNov 29, 20255.0My heat went out on Thanksgiving weekend. The worst time it could have gone out. Not on a Monday morning at 8:00 a.m.. I called a few different places and left messages, but Hoot answered the phone. Dylan came out in half an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. It was not a simple problem, a wire had vibrated and shortened out and he was able to find it and fix it. Thanks Dylan. Great job!
