The unit they installed worked well, however the installers were unprofessional (cursing like crazy in my home while working), they butchered our old plaster ceiling (they had to bring in a third party to repair it), made a mess we had to complain about to get them to come clean, forgot to put in a filter (which we didn’t notice until 3 weeks of running the unit), and honestly the install was sloppy. They ran duct in a way that completely did not respect our old home or how we may use our space in the future. It was not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend them for install if you want someone to pay attention to detail or respect your home. Again, unit works well- so at least that is one positive. I just wish I had someone else install it.
