  Since I previously had good service with "Brian B. Quick", I contacted them for assistance. Technician Chris Gatton assessed my problem with the garbage disposal and advised me that I needed to replace it. He advised me of the details and his availability to do the job. Chris was always courteous and I was comfortable with his ability to perform the job. The installation was completed with no issues...great job Chris!

  I had an outstanding experience today with my water heater replacement. From start to finish Chris Gatton of Brian B Quick was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. What impressed me most was the time he took to carefully explain the entire scope of work before getting started. He walked me through what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and what I could expect throughout the installation process. There were no surprises—just clear, detailed communication. He also provided a comprehensive explanation of the new water heater’s warranty, including what is covered, the length of coverage, and what steps I should take to ensure the warranty remains valid. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence in both the product and the workmanship. After the installation, he didn’t just pack up and leave. He took additional time to educate me on proper maintenance practices—such as periodic flushing, checking the pressure relief valve, and general care tips—to help keep the heater operating at peak efficiency and extend its lifespan. I truly appreciated the proactive guidance. The installation itself was clean and precise, and the workspace was left spotless. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such strong communication skills and customer care. I highly recommend this company and Chris Gatton to anyone needing plumbing work.   We had a serious clogged septic line and called Brian b quick, A real nice and professional young man named Gavin arrived and helped us big time he can tell u the details, Gavin is excellent informed us of any info we needed ect , I will recommend your Co. to anyone that asked I spent 40 years managing longshoreman at seaport and DMT, Gavin is a worker and knowledgeable, Thanks again good luck rest of winter.   Had an issue with my water heater and they scheduled a technician to come to my house the same day. Dion showed up with a positive attitude and was eager to get to work. He took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot) and walked me through all the possible issues. He narrowed it down to two most likely issues but wanted to be 100% and called the manufacturer’s tech support. From there he was able to narrow it down to a faulty gas valve. He also took the time to price out a new unit. Always nice working with professional and knowledgeable people.

  Dion was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about solving the problem right. What really stood out was how clearly and patiently he explained everything he was doing — no jargon, no rushing, just straightforward communication that made me feel confident and informed the whole time.
