Brian B. Quick did an excellent job installing our new water heater and replacing old, leaky copper pipes. They were very helpful over the phone and easy to work with throughout the process. Marc handled our service and was extremely informative, clearly explaining what needed to be done and why. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
I am very disappointed with the lack of reliability and poor communication from Brian B. Quick Plumbing. I initially scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and the plumber I spoke with was pleasant and confirmed he could return the following Monday to perform a simple 24-hour pressure test.
However, the communication dropped off completely after that. I received no follow-up on Wednesday or Thursday, so I called on Friday, only to be told I wasn't on the schedule. I was assured the issue would be escalated to a manager and that I would be contacted by the end of the day. That call never came. I called again on Saturday and received the same promise, yet heard nothing.
Finally, I called on Monday—the day the work was supposed to be performed—and was told yet again that I was not on the schedule, but they would be 'happy' to make me a new appointment and 'pass it along to the manager.'
It is incredibly frustrating to be given the run-around for days for a job that takes all of 10 minutes to complete, especially when they were quick to quote me a high price of $1,300 for the work. I expected professional service and basic follow-through, but unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on both.

The service repair from Brian B Quick was awesome, everything that Marc the technician stated would be done was completed to more than my fullest satisfaction. I was concerned that I would be without water for my shower and heat due to a gas leak in my home but the words are true - they are QUICK and not just that, it was done right, everything according to state and city guidelines and very open to provide me with his step by step process. The technician was very patient with my many questions and made the details very understandable for someone who knows very little about plumbing. The technicians professionalism and timeliness meant a lot to me. I have already recommended this company to my family and friends. Thank you!
I would not recommend Brian B Quick. Although I appreciate their help, they just want your money. My part cost $30-50, mechanic said “I will charge you $612”, for 30 min of work. When he sad he was done, I asked him to check another part, he did but didn’t think it was necessary, then had to make a call, and came back saying the part is bad and needs to be replaced, again said “I will charge you $540”. If I didn’t ask for him to check the other part, I would have another leak. I’m very upset about that.
Also, when I asked about the warranty on both parts the mechanic said that “he will give me a few weeks”, after paying $1150 that’s the warranty I get? Few weeks? Lastly I asked for the itemized receipt of what was replaced and I didn’t get that, he titled the name of the receipt with the part name and the receipt didn’t say anything but the price and that work was completed.
Why did I go with this company? Because I had a leak and with a baby in the house I was worried I wouldn’t get it fixed fast enough. Also, now other companies are calling me back with their estimate that is half of what this company charges. Do your research and go with a different company, I didn’t have time to do that.
I called the company to share this experience with them but they haven’t called me back so I don’t think they care.

Well, everything that appears to glow and glitter in reviews is certainly not gold, shiny or honest. Pros- the young lady who answered my call today was prompt and the estimates are free. BUT, and I mean a huge BUT. A gentlemen came in for 5 minutes after looking at the garbage disposal unit, leaving an astronomical quote- see attached evidence, and ran out the door. Only problem with the unconscionable, unreasonable quote was the fact the fool thought we were stupid enough to pay, $757 to change a garbage disposal. Best part yet, he did not touch a thing! The only thing the unit needed was a reset button on the bottom. Talking about lazy and idiotic! Don't let anyone who calls themself a professional plumber, even with 5 star ratings fool you. We took one look at the man and saw through his dishonesty in the quote. The unit itself was $139 and he thought his training was worth $400 a half hour?? I think not, his CEO or even if he is Brian Quick himself can't even command that rate. Be careful... there are all types of cons, hustlers and untrustworthy people out here, even with high ratings. FYI- The real, descent plumber who came after him for free, to push the switch to reset charged absolutely nothing for 5 seconds of work. Also said the job would have been 20 minutes and 55% of his ridiculous quote. Stay vigilant and watch your money in this economy.
