Steve, the owner, came to our house the next day. He was on time, thorough in his assessment, and, much to our luck, spotted a safety concern with our water heater. There was no high-pressure sales tactics—just a genuine desire to give us a quality product at a reasonable price. We now have a new furnace and a safely-functioning water heater. We’ll definitely be calling them again in the spring for our cooling needs!
