  Very professional! Gave an accurate description and assessment of the hvac issue (bad compressor). They were punctual and kept communication within the day regarding eta and work progress. Cleaned up behind themselves and were especially courteous and respectful . Will definitely use again.

  I’m very pleased with the installation of my split unit. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The installation was neat, clean, and done properly, which gave me confidence in the quality of the work. He also made sure the system was running efficiently before leaving and answered all my questions patiently. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC contractor. Great workmanship and a smooth experience from start to finish.

  highly recommended. the ac was out “cold” on the first day it went 85 degrees. no ac nor cool air in the house. the unit is only 6 years old. serviced by another company two weeks ago and they tried to convince that our equipment was broken and the repair bill is more than the new unit. call Alpha and they were able scheduled an appointment right way (next day). before they arrive, we received a text and picture of technician who will arrive. they show up right on time as they promised. Nick was able to quickly diagnose the issue and explained to us what was wrong. he did all necessary tests and the ac system was back on line no issues. 5/5 stars for prompt, professional and competent service. the total cost is very reasonable. and yes, alpha using ai to answer their call and they take apple pay.

  I recently had Alpha Heating and Air Conditioning service come out to fix an issue with my AC, and I’m really glad I did. Steve was recommended by a friend saying that he does really good work. I made a call and from the start, scheduling was easy and Steve himself came out the next day to diagnose the issue. It was such a relief that he was able to come out so quickly since the house was getting really hot due to the rising temperature. Steve let us know what the issue was, how to repair it and gave us a reasonable quote with labor and parts. I appreciated that he was upfront about the issue and the cost before starting any work. The scheduled technician (Galvin) arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He again took the time to diagnose the problem thoroughly instead of rushing through it, and explained everything to us in a way that actually made sense. The repair itself was done efficiently, and my AC has been working perfectly ever since. It’s cooling better than it has in a while. At first they ordered a part and found out during install that it was defective and a new part was ordered right away and the tech came again to finish the install. Communication was kept, text and email notifications were very helpful. Overall, great experience—reliable, knowledgeable, and honest service. I would definitely use Steve and his team again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs.
