Did not appreciate the fuel charge or damage waiver on my bill, which left me paying for gas twice and unnecessary insurance. I rented an aerator for the weekend and returned it with a full tank as directed in my bill. Bill reads, "Fuel charge will be applied if not returned full." However, upon returning the aerator, the fuel charge was not removed. After asking the staff about it, they still wouldn't remove it due to the previous incidences they have with other customers adding water to the tanks. It wasn't a lot of money but left a sour taste none the less. Also, the damage waiver required an additional $16 charge. The customer should have the option to waive items. It's impossible to damage an aerator.
