  Friendly staff and the equipment ran well. Did not appreciate the fuel charge or damage waiver on my bill, which left me paying for gas twice and unnecessary insurance. I rented an aerator for the weekend and returned it with a full tank as directed in my bill. Bill reads, "Fuel charge will be applied if not returned full." However, upon returning the aerator, the fuel charge was not removed. After asking the staff about it, they still wouldn't remove it due to the previous incidences they have with other customers adding water to the tanks. It wasn't a lot of money but left a sour taste none the less. Also, the damage waiver required an additional $16 charge. The customer should have the option to waive items. It's impossible to damage an aerator.

  Rented a forklift for a month, They got a lift from another rental company and then marked it up for me. Used it for maybe 30 min and the propane tank was empty. (tank had no gauge) then they charged me for a tank refill when unit was returned.

  Top notch customer service! Tom and his staff are awesome and provide friendly/helpful premier customer service and excellent/well-maintained equipment! If they don't have what you need (which they normally do) they can bring it up from their other stores. I highly recommend this rental store for your rental needs. Thanks Tom and your staff for always making me feel like your only customer!!

  Over the years, I've rented several pieces of equipment from Pasadena Rental Works. Great people over there. Always very nice on the phone and in person.

  These are wonderful and professional folks to deal with. I have rented from them many times. The one time I had an issue with equipment I rented from them they were very quick to rectify the issue and get me another unit!
