I called Chesapeake this morning and David and Jack were at my house in less than two hours. They talked me through everything that needed to be done to get my gas dryer properly installed. They were super professional and very thorough. They made sure everything was safely connected and working. I know who I’m calling next time I need plumbing help.

Luckily, Chesapeake Plumbing was able to send someone out to install a new hot water heater the next day. They sent a gentleman named David over who was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. David took extra care to lay down a tarp so that our floors wouldn't get dirty during the removal of the old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. The installation went seamlessly and David gave us tips on how to maintain a hot water heater when using well water when we picked his brain. We'd highly recommend Chesapeake Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They were easy to work with, are very knowledgeable in the field, and are very competitively priced. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received and will be sure to use them in the future!

The one toilet had been spraying a fine mist which I felt might be the beginning of a leak and the handle on the shower had been difficult for me to turn on; I had to put a good deal of pressure on it for the water to come out. David replaced the toilet valve as it was indeed damaged and replaced the cartridge in the shower handle which was a bit corroded as well as cracked a bit. The one outstanding aspect of David was his ability to communicate well. He patiently answered all my questions and even explained in detail what he had done even though I did not ask him to do so. It was evident to me, as a retired educator, that he was very knowledgeable about his work and appeared appreciative that he had helped me when I thanked him for a job well done! I have done business with Chesapeake Plumbing, Inc. for years and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company that does excellent work for reasonable prices.
