- PMPablo MoraAug 5, 20211.0It is unfortunate that my experience today at REXEL was not as expected. I’m not sure if the staff was having a bad day but I was not treated respectfully. The customer service was extremely disappointing, when inquiring for an item, the staff used these words “am I talking to your empty brain?” I have never been at a store where such demeaning language is used to address a customer. I will not be shopping at this store.
