Since the company was acquired by Ally Services in 2023, a private equity-backed platform, I’ve noticed repair quotes are much higher than average with no itemized breakdown (I was quoted $1000+ for a repair but called another known local company who quoted $530), technicians are sometimes late without providing an ETA (There were multiple times technicians failed to even show up and never called), and service continuity has decreased (I have have had multiple technicians do repairs for me and stated they just started working for the company). Calls also begin with membership questions (It seems revenue over customer service is the new mission). I hope they return to their previous level of transparency and reliability.

Recently, we have had a new heat pump installed and had the dryer vent relocated so that it could be efficiently cleaned. They arrived at the appointed time, were efficient in the assessment, and thoroughly explained their recommendations. They properly identified a fire hazard during an annual inspection. We scheduled the work and they followed through with the installation. Each time they entered the home they respected the property by covering their shoes. They worked efficiently and were able to schedule multiple projects simultaneously when appropriate. We’d like to mention Moshe who led the estimate and planning for the scope of the work. Alonso and Maykol were terrific. Eric and Brandon took great care and Chris even made himself available when a small leak appeared and took care of the problem early on a Friday evening when the work had been completed. We’d like you to know that we are pleased to be able to work with folks who truly understand “service”!
