  I had a great experience working with my sales associate Holly Lowenstein from start to finish. She was incredibly personable and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. From the moment we started discussing options, she was attentive to what I needed, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and provided clear, helpful information without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—taking the time to walk me through different choices, offering thoughtful recommendations, and making sure every detail was covered. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about both the product and the customer experience, and it made a big difference. I would absolutely recommend working with them to anyone looking for a fence or similar service. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach set them apart.

  I had an amazing experience dealing with Long Fence. Len, the Eastern Shore Salesman was incredible and very detail oriented when explaining things. The communication between all staff was excellent. The job got scheduled very quickly and was completed same day. From the beginning to the end, zero complaints. Would highly recommend using Long Fence for projects, big or small!

  Long Fence was the second quote we got. Steve Brown was our sales rep. He came to our house with lots of options and samples and a complete and detailed knowledge of what we could do. He worked through the design process with us, taking measurements, and drawing up a reasonable sketch and documenting the options we selected. He was very professional during the whole process and the quote that he generated was reasonable and on target for what we expected it would cost. There was a delay in the process because we had to apply for a zoning variance. Steve and his team coordinated everything for us and the variance was eventually granted. The only surprise was the start date. The company had a build team free up and they called the Monday before Christmas and said they'd be at my house in an hour. They worked for six days and completed everything. It's beautiful and we love it.

  Bottom line up front: I’m going to bestow the highest praise I can in this my review of Long Fence, which is to say that I would recommend them to family and friends, as well as continue to do business with them. After shopping around at 5 other eastern shore mainstays for fencing, this company had the quickest response time for initial onsite estimate, turnaround time for installation, fairest value pricing with quality materials, and customer service after the sale from it’s professional staff. Three cheers!!!
