    Replaced our windows and a patio door. The windows turned out beautiful. Excellent work!! Price was good. I highly recommend.

    Terrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. They didn’t seal my windows and argued about it until it rained and they saw the water coming in. So they pulled out all the windows and reinstalled. In doing so they busted all the windows seals so they are discolored and actually still not sealed. They just caulked the inside so you can’t see it directly. Wouldn’t answer any calls and didn’t do anything even after going to the office to talk about the warranty. The craziest situation Ive ever been in with a contractor/ business.

    The owner is disrespectful and will fast talk you into purchasing windows and doors from him at an extremely high price. The owner charged over $3,000.00 for (2) cheap aluminium storm doors and (1)plain front steel door. The owner rushed to do the work so that he could get paid fast. The two aluminium storm doors were priced $150.00 each at the local hardware store and the front steel door was priced $300.00. They were plain inexpensive doors. After paying in full I asked the owner why was I overcharged he was very disrespectful. He tried to convince me that the door were the best around. The storm doors locks were falling off and when I told the owner he came by, knocked on the door and put (2) new cheap locks on my porch. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THE OWNER WILL COME TO YOUR HOME , STAND ON YOUR PORCH AND COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS IN YOUR BLOCK AND POINT OUT HOW BAD THEY LOOK. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .STAY AWAY!!!!!

    I have used Thermo Sash two separate times for two different rental properties (both homes needed their roofs completely replaced) Bobby and his team were extremely professional, courteous and very easy to deal with. They do great work and at a very fair price! I am very pleased with my dealings with them and would recommend them highly without hesitation for any remodel or renovations you might require.

    The owner is a liar and a fast talker. Stay away!!!! I will NEVER do business with them again and neither will my relatives. Bad experience!!!!!
