- JKJoy KaneAug 8, 20241.0Terrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. They didn’t seal my windows and argued about it until it rained and they saw the water coming in. So they pulled out all the windows and reinstalled. In doing so they busted all the windows seals so they are discolored and actually still not sealed. They just caulked the inside so you can’t see it directly. Wouldn’t answer any calls and didn’t do anything even after going to the office to talk about the warranty. The craziest situation Ive ever been in with a contractor/ business.
