J&J Inc Trash Service is an excellent service provider. We are a residential trash service customer and have had a great experience. The J&J team is prompt and never leaves debris. Their weekly pick-up fee is extremely competeive. We highly recommend them.
I just wanted to send you a note that we really appreciate your team servicing the Rainbow Arch Drive area in Clarksburg. The team is nice as can be and honestly I have forgotten several times to pull my bin out all the way to the curb. Again today the grabbed it from between the garages to empty it. In a world where seconds like that add up into their day, and every service I’ve had in the past would have never made that effort, I’m thankful and super appreciative to your guys out here.

I switched to J&J Inc Trash Service from my former trash service because J&J was less expensive. In addition, I am pleased with the service; our Tuesday morning pickup is completed before I have my first cup of coffee! Thank you, J&J!

We are very pleased withe the services provided by J & J Trash Services right from the get-go. The Staff is very responsive, personable and always goes an extra mile to help us out to take care of the trash pickup and put the container back properly at the right place ensuring it does not come in anyone's way. Strongly recommend them.
Really disappointed with this trash company. I tried to cancel my service and was told that because I pay quarterly they won’t refund any of the money — even though I canceled at the very beginning of the quarter and they won’t be providing the service. Keeping the money without providing the service doesn’t seem right.
Pickup times are all over the place. Sometimes they come at 7 AM, sometimes around 3 PM, so you never know when to put your trash out. If they miss your pickup, they refuse to come back. They also try to charge extra for every box that falls outside the trash can.
Customer service has been very frustrating. Every time I call, the staff is rude, interrupts you, and takes no responsibility when something goes wrong. No apology, no acknowledgment — just attitude.
Overall a very poor experience.
