  I'm always late getting my trash to the curb and my driver will always stop and pick it up, even if he already passed my house. He will even get out of the truck so he can move the bin to the other side of the road so that the truck arm can lift it. In all fairness I deserve not to have my trash picked up most weeks. My driver deserves a gold star! I will be keeping J&J for all my refuse needs!

  Trash service is great, only issue I have is when you try to call the office they put you on hold and leave you there, end up hanging up because no one ever comes back. That’s the way I pay my bill for the whole year so I don’t have to pay monthly, if it was set up on the website to pay for a whole year up front I wouldn’t even bother calling

  Have been a residential customer since 2019. Very dependable. Fair pricing. Great communication when pick up days are impacted by holidays, weather, etc. Drivers are friendly as well.

  They communicate often when garbage pickup will not be on the regular day due to holidays and weather conditions. They always pick up early, and have been very easy to work with on the phone.

  We have been using J&J for weekly trash service for almost a year now. They do a great job! They are very reliable and always put the trash bin back so that it doesn't block our driveway and isn't in the road. They also communicate really well when the schedule needs to change because of a holiday or bad weather, which happened just recently. We definitely recommend them!
