  I live in a row of townhouses with no easy way to get a can to the front of my house, but I have access to an alley where I could easily place my can on an adjacent road- where neighbors also have J&J. I asked about moving my pickup location to the adjacent road and they said “my can has to be in front of the house” essentially telling me to kick rocks. I called Titus trash right after and they had no issues accommodating my request so they will now be getting my business. My request would not have impacted the route at all since the truck will have to pass by requested location since people on that street also use J&J Also didn’t appreciate the customer service lady sounding like she had an attitude from the start.

  It was very easy and straightforward to schedule trash service/pick-up with J&J Inc Trash Service online. They responded quickly and helped us get a new bin within a day of our account set-up. The service has been exceptional and we would recommend J&J to any otherhousehold looking for regular trash pickup service.

  Awesome customer service. In the past 16 months, we have been missed twice. When I called the office, I was told they would pick up the next day. Our previous companies would make us wait until the next week even though it was their fault.

  They pick up reliably, on the scheduled day. That's what we pay for. However, they don't do much to add value. We just moved in and set an extra bag next to the bin and they left it. This morning the wind blew over my bin, and again they left it laying and full of trash. I get they're not obligated to actually get out of the truck. My previous trash service company set the bar high for customer service.

  I am very disappointed in the continued poor service from J&J Inc Trash Service. On back to back weeks, my trash was either missed or partially collected, when bins were blown over by the wind, no effort was made to pick up the scattered trash. This reflects the lack of care and responsibility that should be expected from a professional service provider. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with missed pickups and unresponsive customer service. Despite paying a premium for what should be reliable trash collection, the quality of service has been unacceptable. After repeated frustrations and no improvement, I will be canceling my service and switching to a company that values consistency, accountability and customer satisfaction.
