  I experienced professional and courteous service from David and Marc at Floor Carpet & Tile on selecting five 2nd-floor rooms of carpet plus steps. There were so many options to choose from at their Montgomery Village location. Scheduling went perfectly, and installation by Carlos was impeccable, resulting in beautiful results for my home. While I'm so pleased with the 5 rooms of carpet, I can't believe how amazing the stairs look (see stairs photo). I recommend Floor Carpet & Tile for your next flooring purchase and believe they also offer remodeling products and services for every room of your house.

  I've been using Floor Carpet & Tile for years. When I had a flood in my basement, about 18 years ago, I was shopping around for new carpet. I had gone to several places and decided to go here. The price was reasonable and David spent a lot of time explaining what carpet would be best and why and made several recommendations in different price ranges. The work was done on time and was flawless. When I later decided to get hardwood floors, I immediately went here and received the same service and high quality. I appreciate the feedback and suggestions David provides since he's the expert and he's been spot on. He doesn't try to get me to buy something more expense than I need or try to sell me something additional to increase his sale. He comes out personally and measures everything and follows up after installation to make sure I'm happy with everything. I've also gone here for new carpet and just as pleased. I need to get new carpeting on my steps and here I am, back to Floor Carpet & Tile. I don't shop around and drive myself nuts. I know David will make sure I have the right product, the perfect installation and the best value.

  Do not trust David. Extreamly dishonest businessman. Do not make the mistake of doing business with him. He should not be in business for taking advantage of my elderly parents. Shame on him.
