  I hired this company via a next-door inquiry to install windows. They were very quick to respond. The touch base along the way after signing the contract and receiving the down payment was very minimal. It literally took them almost 3 months to install the windows. After several back-and-forth communications between myself, the owner and the management company/tenant we finally got them installed. If you are in a time crunch, I'm not sure this is the go-to company. Possibly there was a manufacture issue - I'm not sure. Outside of that they installed the windows, took down the blinds, and did not reinstall the blinds.

  Needed a roof replacement following a storm that made it clear our roof was not effective. Shawn came out quickly, conducted a review of the state of my roof both exterior and interior. His vast knowledge allowed him to easily explain the concerns and his view on a pathforward to replacing my roof. He went over the multitude of options and we were able to come together on a decision of price and colors plus required work to be completed. The roofers were able to be on-site within a few days and got to work. Throughout the work, the assigned Project Manager Chris was in touch via phone or on-site giving various updates of status. This company is thorough, does great work and communicates status of the project extremely well. Would recommend Roofing Pups.

  I had a great experience with Roofing Pups! My roof leaked with some recent heavy rain and they were able to come within a few hours of me contacting them. Dillon was polite, kind, and thorough, and explained the process and my options in an easy to understand way. I was so impressed that the roofing team was able to come out next day to do the replacement work, and they were done in just half a day. I also had a few issues with the platform my AC compressor was sitting on (yikes) and they were able to fix that as well. The team was quick and left my surrounding outdoor space free of debris when they were done. I could not recommend this company enough!

  I was looking for a roof on two different properties and hoping to get a deal with two. The man they sent spent a lot of time at each property and his honest assessment was that one of them didn’t really need a roof. It could do with a little maintenance but it still had 15-20 years of life left. He was the ONLY one to tell me that. When I questioned the other 3 that gave estimates they all Concurred but weren’t going to bring it up. Roofing Pups = integrity
