  They helped us in so many ways and I can honestly say 10/10 for what they accomplished in a very short amount of time. Being new homeowners and needing to act fast for active leaks we found ten days into homeownership. We saw the leaks on a Saturday, they came out to evaluate on that Sunday gave us a very detailed report and they replaced the roof by that Wednesday. The price was worth the quick action and all the repairs that needed to be made. Financing options were a blessing and their workmanship warranty is another reason we stayed instead of the normal shingle warranty given by other roofers.

  I scheduled an estimate the sails person Jeffery was on time and very pleasant to work with. However he needed help from others to provide an estimate, this is a big job. We agreed he could come on site the next day with help without my involvement. I provided Jeffery with a diagram of the community which included all the address etc. The next day I received about 6 texts and calls from different sales people asking for all the same info I provided to Jeffery in person address etc. I believe they are attempting to use AI. I can tell you their AI system is extremely annoying to the point I canceled all future communication with this company. They just lost a 1/2 million contract. Cancel your AI response systems. Sails is a people only function.

  This company proved to be an invaluable asset. They commenced their work on a Saturday and completed the roof installation by Tuesday. Their professionalism, coupled with their extensive knowledge and empathetic understanding of my circumstances, made them an exceptional choice. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

  These people literally give your info out to dozens of other companies when you choose a different company. Theyre going to start with a bid so high you'll choose to go somewhere else. They will counter offer several thousand dollars cheaper then their first quote. They have that they call a same day offer ( gimmick) .They call several times throughout the day and early as 4 a.m. choose this company if you want to be harassed.
