It was not done and asked me to come back in another week.They did not Providing explanation or evenapologize and I requested a refund. I walked Next-door toglass and screen hospital and was greeted with a great smile from Rose who immediately made me feel welcomed. She took my order Andthe gentleman that works with her, fixed the screen and I was done within five minutes. The charge was five dollars less than Hodges and I have now got a new place to take future windows and screens that need repair Cause not only did they do a great job, but I could tell they appreciated my business. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for good customer service with a smile and appreciation for your business. Do not waste your time with Hodges glass and window repair next door.
