- MGMary GreccoFeb 9, 20261.0We really need a zero to rate this company. Never get stuck in a contract with this company. Our building has been without elevator service for 2 months. They can’t seem to get a hold of the necessary parts they need. They wont give you barely any information. They wont tell you what the part is they need and who they are getting it from, or when they expect to receive it. When they finally do show up, it’s unannounced. No phone call or email to let you know they are coming. Nightmare.
