The estimate process was easy to understand and they took the time to answer all my questions. Communication before the day of the job was excellent as well, and the tech who completed my repair was professional. It seems like a good fix that combined fixing the crack with installing a system to direct water into my existing drainage system, and the work that was done was neat and he left my basement clean afterwards. I really like that Budget Waterproofing offers a lifetime guarantee to their work as well. I'm relieved to have this problem fixed and glad I chose Budget Waterproofing.

Once work was scheduled with Brooke, Erick and his hard working crew showed up on time and worked non-stop for two days encapsulating our crawl space, installing a new turtle entry and EZ Flow Vent System. I originally reached out to another waterproofing company who came out (without a camera) claiming we had mold, making promises to send a quote filled with financing options which never arrived. After multiple Contractors we found Budget Waterproofing with a clear remediation plan and a price we could afford out of pocket without financing or a major insurance claim. This is the most professional waterproofing company in the area! The average moisture level in our home has been a consistent 68-75 percent for the three years we've owned our home, it now sits at 46 percent and we're still waiting on our floors to be replaced tomorrow. As a happy customer and local Realtor®, I'll be referring this company to all of my Clients in the future. Price and Customer Service matter, they've got that figured out!
