Two years ago, a technician oddly blamed me for scheduling during rain, which is beyond a customer's control. This year, after scheduling a pumping, they failed to show up. I had to call three times to learn the truck had broken down, and we rescheduled—only for them to miss the second appointment as well, with no notice or follow-up. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I will not be using this company again.
