  Completely Unprofessional Stay away from this company. I booked an appointment through their website to get an estimate for finishing my garage so my child would have a place to play. I even received a verification call the morning of the appointment to confirm everything was set for Friday at 6:00 PM. My family canceled all our Friday evening plans, including taking our toddler to a play center, just to ensure we were home. By 6:30 PM, nobody had shown up. When I called to find out what happened, the representative told me the technician "didn't see the message" about the appointment. Despite the fact that they had called me that morning to verify, they offered no solution and told me there was "nothing she could do." It is clear they have zero respect for their customers' time. To stand up a family and then offer no way to make it right is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values its clients.

  I submitted an online inquiry on reunity website for a quote on windows. Closet America called me to schedule a free in home design solution. I replied I inquired about window installation She states they dont service my area for windows so why are you calling me? I will never ever use this business. Im about to put in a complaint with the BBB because I put the request in at 10am on 2-8-2026 and after getting the phone call saying they dont service my area , 1030am I've been called 4 more times, it is now 1:55pm 2-8-2026 No thank you. The desperation is off putting. Along with the fact I called about WINDOWS not friggn closets.

  I found this company on an ad in the Nextdoor app. I reached out and requested a quote. They immediately called me to setup an appointment to come see my garage and give me a quote. The salesman who came out was very professional and pleasant to speak with. I bargained with him back and forth and I worked to get the price down from their initial quote for my garage which was around $8500 just for the garage ~450ish square feet. Never accept the first price. Always negotiate! I ended up getting the price down to around $4500 if I paid a deposit of ~$1500 that day. Plus the remaining in full once the work was completed. I agreed to that price with the addition of getting my entryway path done included. I scheduled my appointment in August and the closest available date was the end of October. When the date finally came the crew showed up prompt and communicated beforehand their ETA. The crew was very professional and were very good at their job. They have an incredible process of completing garage floors. The total time from start to finish was about 7 hours before it was time to wait for it to cure properly. It looked really good afterwords and even better once it was fully cured. There was a bit of a strong smell for a couple days but it has since gotten better. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with this team. I would recommend them to others as long as you can get a competitive price. I believe they offer financing but personally I wouldn’t go that route. You can see for yourself in my before and after pics how they did.

  The crew did a fantastic job. Very neat and precise. The garage floor looks incredible. Makes not want to put anything back and just be able to admire the floor all day! It definitely spruced up the Cobra den.
