  We have been very pleased so far with our service with Closet America. Meredith was awesome. Very professional and organized. Guided through the process and helped us digitally visualize our installation plan. We would 100% recommend Closet America!

  High sales pitch but Very poor Customer Service.They will never call you after you sign contract , you need to keep following up almost every time and if someone picks up without voicemail you will be lucky. Also You will be at luck if they install on time. They got initial measurement incorrect for one closet and another regional person showed up 2 weeks before install date and re-measured and out from no where they pushed the install date to more than a month again now as they want to install all closets at same times to save their time and money.Very disappointing service so far. Sales person said to keep the closets ready removing old wire harness and painting the holes before the install date which we did and now install date got moved to a month from initial scheduled date for their own mistake but we got effected badly. we are left with technically closets that we cannot use in home until they come and install new ones.

  EDIT - They responded to call them and they will resolve the issue. But you literally cannot get them on the phone. So this is clearly an AI response. DO NOT USE CLOSET AMERICA! I paid over $10K for a closet that is not finished, and who knows when it will be. No one answers their phone, they call from random numbers all the time so you don't know who is calling, and they do not return your calls to get back on the schedule. The workers that showed up knew nothing about my closet system and when asked questions, they could not help. You would think with something that is this expensive, that is truly IKEA quality, that someone would be answering their phone to finish the job. I wish I would have just gotten an IKEA system.

  Poor customer service project material is not completely available on the date of installation when I call no one is responding for voicemail. Most of the time mail box is full and you can’t put voicemail.. when I hold loan after talking with finance service Philadelphia regional manager contacted me back to finish remaining work. When I refused to allow them to finish work and tell them to refund for unfinished task they refused to do that as they said now they have stuff. Even though they don’t have material at the time of installation and they didn’t respond till a month.. regional manager even don’t know how to talk with customers.. if I can get them 0 star for customer service I would give them 0. Try some other company if you can rather go with this new company.

  We had a very disappointing experience with Closet America. We scheduled an in-home design appointment, and the designer spent over six hours in our home. At the end of the visit, we were told they were having computer issues and could not provide the promised 3D design or free quote, which is heavily advertised. We were assured this would be resolved, and we even rescheduled for the designer to return. Unfortunately, no one showed up for the follow-up appointment. An hour later, we received a phone call saying they would “get back to us,” but we never heard back despite waiting and following up. This experience feels like false advertising and a complete lack of professionalism and follow-through. We invested a significant amount of time and rearranged our schedule with zero results. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
