  I called to requested a person to come out to give me a quote to rearrange my closet to make it more accessible for me. Being I have disabilities I need things easier to retrieve. 2 appointment was made and no one from closet America call or text me to inform me of lateness or cancellation.After the first missed appointment I called and a rescheduled appointment was made and still no show or call. I called after 1 hour of lateness and sadly cancelled the service. I did not want a third disappointment.

  I’m beginning to understand the reviews about poor customer service. I just began the purchase process a week ago. I had some concerns about my design and emailed my designer a day later. They got my deposit but I have yet to get my design issues addressed. I’m having doubts about my decision to contract with this company. Will update as this project evolves.

  We have installed about $100,000 worth of cabinets around out house till date from this company. They keep saying any defect in their manufacturing and is warrantied for life. In the last 1-2 years we observed that the the table top for our study table is now peeling off. On reaching out to the company customer service, they are saying they will replace it with a different color table top. Thats ridiculous. How can you have the rest of the cabinets and the table tops cherry color all matching, and one top of a different color? You can look at the pictures the whole study room is cherry. Does that even make sense? I asked them to do something about it and my query has been open for the last 6 months and no one even cares to respond. How can you trust this company?

  Set up an appointment a week ago. Waited and waited and waited. A total no show for the estimate. Called to see what was wrong an hour after person was due to arrive. ‘Oh, he had an emergency and won’t be coming.” I said “I drove 15 miles to come help meet with this guy. And was there waiting for a long time waiting. Why didn’t you at least call?” I got an apology from the phone answered. But such Unprofessionalism! When asked to reschedule I said no thanks. Pitiful. These glowing reviews on their site have GOT to be fake.

  Poor customer service… only care about you till you make the decision to pay for ur closet with them… If u need any upgrades…they market it as if its easy to upgrade and make design changes for extra cost later on… Thats just design consultants brainwashing and tricking you into buying with them with sales techniques Forget hearing back from them… Better solutions would be to go with IKEA and do it yourself..
