  If I could give a Luke and Oscar more than five stars, I would! From start to finish this was the easiest home improvement project I’ve done. Met with Luke, he did an amazing job designing. Less than one month later, Oscar was here to do the install. The difference is amazing! I can not thank you enough! Be sure to ask for Luke and Oscar when you book your appointments!

  This is the email I sent to our design consultant, Meredith Milchanoski “Hi Meredith. Happy new year if I didn’t already wish you that! The installers were here today for the closet. They were excellent, professional and so very nice. The main installer was Anthony and I apologize, but I forget the person who is with him. They were great with Nala, our giant dog as you know lol! They did a great job installing the closet and I am very happy. I spent the last few hours putting my clothes back in and trying to organize in a way that it makes sense to make my work mornings less stressful. Thank you for all your help with this. Tom and I really appreciate it. I will be sure to recommend you and your company to my friends. They’re all waiting to see what the outcome is of my closet”

  I’d like to say that I had a good experience, but I never even got that far. After minimally interacting with this company on social media, then getting many emails, I decided to book an appointment for a consultation. My master closet is half broke, and I’m tired of having my closet dispersed throughout the house. My appointment day came. My appointment time was approaching. Then I saw I had a voicemail from Closet America. So I called to make sure someone was coming, only to be told that the appointment wasn’t verified because I didn’t talk to someone to confirm. There was no mention of this in the confirmation email, only that I had a time scheduled, and only that I should call if I had to reschedule. I was told they tried to call me today, but I’m sorry, I work for a living, I don’t have the luxury of babysitting my phone at work, plus it was an unknown number and it was silenced. So, thanks for nothing.

  Very disappointed of this company! My mom was trying to do the closet in her house. Samantha ask her for a deposit without knowing if she qualified or not. She asked for more than $1,000 deposit. (the only reason she gave the deposit is because she really wanted her closet and thought this lady was being honest) Mind you, She never send the contract! She said she did but my mom never received the contract. Then They told my mom she didn't qualify and the only way she qualified is if she gets a higher interest which she never mentioned that! Now they ARE NOT trying to give her the money back. We don't want to work with this company anymore and will absolutely look for legal assistance because is not fair that this company is trying to stay with somebody hardworking money a company that makes "millions a year" So please BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

  Worst experience imaginable – completely unprofessional and discriminatory. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had. The designer was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He stayed for barely 10 minutes and abruptly walked out. As he was leaving, his final words were “fing typical”*, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. From the moment he arrived and saw that I am a woman wearing a hijab, his attitude changed. His tone, body language, and overall demeanor were disrespectful and hostile. I felt judged and uncomfortable the entire time. When I tried to explain where I needed hanging rods and shelving, he repeatedly interrupted me and rudely corrected me, saying, “It’s not shelves, it’s a closet system,” instead of listening to what I actually wanted. He made no effort to understand my needs and chose to simply walk out rather than do his job. This behavior was offensive, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. I would never recommend Closet America to anyone based on this experience. Customers deserve respect—regardless of who they are or how they dress.
