Saw about 4 different styles that I was interested in so I had to call the office because they were not letting anybody inside due to the pandemic (understood). Spoke to a gentlemen and said that I was interested in getting a price on brick for a fire pit. He said “you’re better off buying our kits”. I asked “so I can’t buy individual brick and build my own fire pit, he said “ummmm no”. So I asked “how much are your kits ?” He huffs and puffs on the phone while stroking his keyboard and says “$1,800”....I work in management and would have to say this guy has the most horrific customer skills I have ever experienced. So I can’t buy individual blocks at roughly $2-$3 a piece and build my own but I can pay $1,800 for your fancy kit.....yeah ok. I would say if you’re so miserable....QUIT !!
