  I had an excellent appointment with Heil Plumbing. Easy to schedule a prompt time for service. Erik was professional, on time and friendly. He clearly explained the process of fixing my toilet. He was efficient and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Erik and the team at Heil Plumbing!

  We had a plumbing emergency with water backing up into the house, I called several plumbers and either got no answer or an uncertain response time. I called Heil and they were here within a half hour. Joe Welch came in and took a look at the issue, let us know he needed to call in another tech for an estimate on our issue. Ike Bagley arrived in about 15 minutes, and Joe had everything ready for him. They identified the problem and went over solutions with us and answered all of our questions with easy to understand answers. Ike and Joe were very professional and friendly and delivered a quote much lower than we expected! I plan to call Heil for my plumbing needs from now on and look forward to the great service when they come out in a few days to fix the problem for good!

  Joe Welch of Heil Plumbing provided great customer service when hired to install an upgraded water line for our new refrigerator. He was pleasant, informative and experienced so the job was done correctly and in a timely manner with same day service. I’ve used Heil for various repairs and installations (toilet, washer, sump pump) and every time we’ve had excellent customer service. I’m not sure how comparable their prices are but I don’t mind paying a little extra for good service. Heil’s service was much better than the poor customer service we received from Home Depot’s subcontractor, JB Haan.

  I was in need of numerous services to include a full toilet replacement, an exterior spigot replacement, and a few other things like reading the water pressure guage and shoring up some pipes in the basement. There is another issue with a leak below my soaking tub and, after much investigation, we believe it is below the subfloor and above the ceiling, so we will have another appointment for service early next week to address that. The experience was great. Chad clearly communicated exactly what was wrong and what was needed to remedy it. He took lots of pictures and answered all of our questions. He was also prompt to arrive and was respectful to wear booties over his boots inside and to clean any construction mess created. In addition, he coordinated with his team to have everything (the toilet mainly) delivered to my house so he never had to leave for parts; he came, he diagnosed the problem and fixed as much as time would allow. I would recommend Chad to anyone who has any kind of plumbing issues.

  Will was the technician. He was great and quickly made the repair. I thought the price was very reasonable and was very happy with the service. I also liked the fact that they put on booties before walking around in my house. I have used Heil plumbing and Heating before and will again. They respond quickly and go to the endth degree to make sure the job is done correctly. Also thanks to Eddie for his immediate assistance.
