  I want to take a moment to recognize Tyrell Durbin for delivering truly outstanding customer service with Michael & Son Services. From start to finish, Tyrell was personable, jovial, and brought a level of positive energy that immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was his motivation and efficiency—he got the job done right without cutting corners, all while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. On top of that, the pricing was fair and the quality of work exceeded expectations. It’s not often you come across someone who combines skill, integrity, and great customer interaction so seamlessly.   Saidu Turay was absolutely terrible. He came to inspect plumbing at my grandmother’s house. He took one look at the house and thought we would not be able to afford your service. He was rude to my adult niece asking her if she has the money to pay. When I spoke to him his attitude change. He completed the inspection and shared what needed to be done. Once I agreed he added more items, I knew my grandmother’s house needed work so I agreed to everyone being done. Saidu completed his work I paid him and called another plumber to finish what he could not. When the plumber Terrance arrived he said that the work that Saidu said needed to be done was not needed. He apologized for my inconvenience. Do not trust Saidu’s quotes.

He was timely, arriving exactly as scheduled, and wasted no time getting to work. Throughout the course of his visit, James proved to be highly efficient, completing the work in a thorough and organized manner without unnecessary delays. His depth of knowledge was evident — he clearly understood his craft and was able to diagnose and address the situation with confidence and competence. What also stood out was his ability to communicate clearly. James took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions patiently, and ensured I fully understood the work performed. That kind of transparency is something I greatly appreciate. I am most pleased with the quality of his work and the overall experience.   I had an excellent experience with this plumbing service last week and highly recommend them! From the start, their team was incredibly responsive—I called, and they were able to provide same-day service, which was a huge relief. The remediation team arrived first and was extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything and help me understand what was going on. Shortly after, the plumber, Marcus, arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a leak from an unknown source, and he was able to quickly identify the issue (a toilet leak) and fix it right away. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quick turnaround and high-quality service. Overall, the entire process was smooth, informative, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services!

  The technician came to my house and immediate diagnosis was that I needed a replacement of my water heater in front of my tenant while I was not present. He than proceeded to try and sell me something that cost $4000 on the spot with no knowledge of the issue. There is definitely a better way to go about trying to sell something to a customer. While the eventual outcome may be the solution the process scream sales over service. Their follow up method is to have an Account representative call me to try and follow up to close said sale without really understanding what the problem was when I spoke to the technician on the phone. Either the technician didn’t leave the notes or the representative did not read them. I understand every position has a KPI but those KPI don’t tell the whole story. I also don't know why they would send an email asking for me to publicly review them when the fees I gave over the phone was not positive.
