  Home Genius - did a beautiful on my house in January 2026. They arrived on time, they worked hard, and they cleaned up after themselves. I keep getting compliments on how good the siding looks. The workmen did an excellent job with the fine details of framing my exterior outlets and lamps. This was a complicated job with many slopes to the roof. They handled it perfectly. The supervisor was there to answer any questions or handle any issues that came up. I would definitely use them again. It was a top notch - very professional job.

  Reviewing the roofing team from Home Genius is going to sound redundant after the first few sentences. Beginning with my first appointment with sales representative Shane I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently every step of the process was conducted. Shane arrived for our appointment 30 minutes ahead of schedule and then offered to “go get us something to eat since I’m a bit early.” That style of communication courtesy mixed with light humor, was on display for the entire 90 minute meeting. Shane’s knowledge of the company, his direct gaze while listing all the key options I was afforded, and his engaging manner dispelled any possible effort to come across as A salesman and instead came across as an expert in his field (a point he mused might assist him in receiving the company’s rookie of the year title for 2026.) I wouldn’t doubt it. Home Genius is the third company I researched for the task of replacing an16’year old roof. His information and explanations why the new roof was a priority echoed the other companies’ pitches but Shane went further; crawling into the attic space to collect extensive photos and then explaining each issue the photos revealed. So that by the end of our meeting and showing examples of roofing materials to be used and the costs entailed, there was no sales pitch needed. The roofing crew exhibited the same surprising efficiency the day of the job- arriving a half hour earlier than expected; covering shrubbery front and back, working efficiently and not stopping until the project was completed . The resulting roof looks as if it could be featured in an architectural magazine. The Owens Corning materials with built in ventilation tiles give me a visible ‘peace of mind’ that I did not expect. The 50 year materials warranty is a welcome element to the new roof. I feel comfortable and confident that I made the correct decision to hire Home Genius for my new roof. Thank you!

  Home Genius Exteriors provided me an outstanding experience from the initial consultation thru the final walkthrough. Their crew was professional, arriving on time and maintaining a reasonably clean workspace throughout the entire project. The quality of the craftsmanship on my home’s exterior appears top-notch, and the attention to detail really sets them apart from other contractors I have used in the past. I especially appreciated their clear communication and their ability to accommodate my urgent timeline, making the whole process quite stress-free and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing options.

  Well during the installation everything was grand but after that was done cant get much else out of them for any problems. They damaged the gutter, which they replaced but they damaged the siding still trying to get that fixed. During the sales speech they spoke of this transferable warranty, I actually received no paperwork of any kind for this whole transaction so where is this transferable warranty? Also during the sales speech I was told the flashing was going to be nipped and tucked, looks to me like he was laid and caulked. Was also told I can get a break on my insurance , State Farm has their own form they need to be filled out . Sent it into the office to be filled out and returned , still waiting . Then while on their website today I noticed they're offering free gutter installation, I wonder how long that's been going on and it simply wasn't mentioned? I certainly hope I don't have any warranty issues in the future cuz I fear it'll be a trick to get them to help out.

Grant Smith presented the company's mission and vision, showcased the materials, explained the installation, and discussed financing options, including Upgrade, the vendor for online monthly payments (with a quick online setup). The company is tech-savvy, sending documents and the contract with a readable and explainable description of services and material costs. The homeowner’s questions were addressed before the final purchase agreement. Overall, Grant was wonderful. He was informative about their products and services, and treated the homeowner with respect. He and his company delivered what he promised to the homeowner. The production coordination team communicated effectively to get the ball rolling, and once the project manager, Darius, took over, he was hands-on and engaged, making every effort to satisfy the homeowners' expectations. The company is action-oriented. Once the homeowner signs the contract, don’t be surprised if a pallet of roofing materials shows up in the driveway at the blink of an eye. Thanks to Darius, this project was completed within two weeks after signing the contract; the weather was the only delay. This project manager and professional ground crew, led by Selvin, kept pace with the challenging and intricate architectural demands, working tirelessly until the project was completed. Selvin went the extra mile to complete the work to the highest level of quality. The homeowner also spoke to the office manager, which was a positive experience. This was a seamless five-star experience! The entire team, from the first meeting to the last visit, treated the owner with care and warmth. I wish everyone the best if you select this company. I strongly believe you are in good hands with Home Genius Exteriors as your preferred exterior contractor.
