  I recently had a Michael & Son HVAC technician(Kayvon) visit my home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Kayvon arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire service. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix the issue, but he also went above and beyond by checking the overall system to ensure everything was running efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, courtesy, and genuine care for the customer, but Kayvon delivered exactly that. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will absolutely be using Michael & Son for all my HVAC needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

  I had a very positive experience with Bobson Samura from Michael & Son Plumbing. He came to fix a toilet that wouldn’t stop flushing. The leak was very small and barely noticeable, but it ended up costing us several hundreds of dollars before we realized what was happening. Bobson quickly identified the issue and fixed it efficiently. From the day I called to the actual appointment, it was less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Overall, fast service, knowledgeable technician, and a smooth experience. I would definitely recommend Bobson Samura and Michael & Son Plumbing.

  We had a great experience with Shakir from Michael & Sons for a recent shower leak repair. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about the issue. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, explained the problem in clear terms, and walked us through the repair process so we understood exactly what was being done. Shakir worked efficiently and carefully, making sure everything was repaired properly and leaving the area clean when he finished. What really stood out was his attention to detail and his willingness to answer all of our questions without rushing. The shower is working perfectly now, and we feel confident the issue was resolved the right way. We would absolutely recommend Shakir and Michael & Sons for any plumbing needs.

  Augustine Gomez is the man!!! We had severe Hot Water Leak for weeks due to pipes freezing and then bursting under my house, (which doesn’t have a crawl space). Also the burst pipe was very deep under my home, which would have taken lots of effort since we have no actual crawl space. Cutting the floor in my kitchen to get to the actual pipe would have been my first option if I were doing the job myself. However, Mr Gomez worked in the rain, lying on his plastic , while using tools that would extend to fix this hard to reach leak instead of cutting up my floor boards in the kitchen area in order to fix this issue. I think he went above and beyond to help us cut cost and he also saw the urgency of this matter, so he fixed it without rescheduling us, despite the bad weather. A++++++++ Rating for this technician!

  Our technician Ashot came and did a A thorough observation on my plumbing he tightened up a screw that looked like it was leaking. He then went and checked out my water heater and that was OK. Everything was good. He checked the bathrooms and everything looked good. He said so I’m good. He was good. There was no recommendations for anything. Davonte Williams came in early to service my (HVAC). He let me know what was going on with my new (HVAC). Everything was good. He went outside to check the equipment out there and like I said he checked the one in the basement and he told me what I needed to have done the HVAC was good. I just need to have my air ducts cleaned so I’m gonna have to wait on that because it was quite high so I’m just gonna wait a little bit for that cause I’m still paying for my new (HVAC)
