  My first experience with M&SS could not have gone any better. The tech, John Willis, was a very educated and experienced individual who provided me with so much information, I somewhat struggled with processing and retaining all of it. He was very professional and respected my house the entire time he was working on my plumbing concerns. He ensured I was fully aware of everything he was doing and even recommended I acquire a home warranty through M&SS for at least one year, after briefly hearing about other household appliances that could possibly give me concerns in the future. I would definitely recommend M&SS to others and if they’re lucky, they may even encounter John for services the same as I did.

  James did an incredible job of working out our drainage problem in our laundry room. He kept at it looking through one are after another until he found a loose plastic cap in the lines that seemed to be directly responsible for the blockage in the washing machine’s drainage. James was also a total professional and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to meet. Also, the company, Michael and Sons sent him here within 2 hours of my initial call which was a very welcome surprise. Highest marks all around but especially James Michel for his outstanding professionalism and dedication to solving our problems. Thank you!

  Fantastic service- we have heat again! I was able to reach someone easily on NY Day and schedule service asap. Feda took his time and made sure to give me a thorough explanation and show me what went wrong with my heating system. The dispatch called me before the window closed to ensure he was still coming despite a delay. Everyone was super professional and very helpful. Will keep them as my ‘go-to’ when I need service for HVAC/plumbing. Thanks so much! Kavon and Josh came out to look at the furnace as it wasn’t working consistently after a pipe repair. Both gentleman took their time to work as a team to take apart the furnace and perform a complete assessment. Unfortunately the furnace is just old and needs replacing, but I would have these guys come back for repairs etc any time. Very knowledgeable and thorough! Thank you!

  The technician was great and did the job well, except for leaving the hot water heater turned off. After a cold shower, I quickly realized what he did and went to turn it back on. I’m not sure if this is a company issue or not, but I had one technician come out to repair a pipe. He came out to evaluate the issue and see if he had the parts in his truck to fix the issue. He did not have the parts so he provided a quote and left. What kind of plumber doesn’t have common parts? A different technician was sent out the following day, but after he evaluated the issue he said the work would cost over $50 more than the first quote. He said he couldn’t view the first quote in the system and had no idea where the first guy got his pricing. This shouldn’t be the clients problem to deal with. I confirmed the appointment thinking the quoted price and work would be correctly accomplished. After a discussion with the technician, he did the work and only increased the quoted price by $2. This isn’t an issue the client should have to deal with. There was no additional work done than what was on the original quote so there was no need for a price increase. The only difference seemed to be the technician’s opinions on pricing. If you hire them, just keep track of what they’re trying to charge.

  Feda Yosegy came to look at our hot water heater! We had lost really hot water and tried to replace heating elements but failed. Well Feda knew just what was wrong and said it was 23 years old! That 150 years old in water heater years! So on the spot he had brought one which was higher quality than regular 50 gallon ones, and my husband said, “Yes Thank You!” Right before New Year’s Eve, Feda stayed late until their electrician came because Feda wanted to make sure the grounding wiring was safe in our old house! A+ plus plus service! Feda is great! And so is Michael and Son, consistent great technicians! They take extra care with you and their work! Happy 2026 everyone!
