  The siding crew was very professional and had great knowledge of the project! The crew showed up on time and got right to work! Angel Martinez the project manager was very helpful, and was able to walk us through the process of our siding job! He answered and helped us with any questions and concerns we had! Ty Pearmon, the salesman helped us with the contract and sales process of our job and he was very knowledgeable! Thank you to Home Genius for their hard work! I will recommend them to all friends and family!

  I met with home Genius on Friday and by Monday they began the work on my roof. They were scheduled to arrive by 8 am, but they always arrived earlier than that. The foreman identified himself on the first day letting me to direct all my questions and concerns to him. The project was completed early Tuesday morning and the project manager returned to my house addressed all my concerns and resolved all unaddressed issues. The Home Genius workers left the property very clean and free from any and all construction debris. I would highly recommend them based on the quality of the roofing materials used, their willingness to work within my budget, their warranty and the professionalism of the sale man (Mo), his supervisor ( who called me personally to thank me for my business) and the workers who worked very hard and showed up early and left late.

  We had our vinyl siding replaced, as well as adding home wrap, done by Home Genius Exteriors. Jordan and his install crew did a great job! They had all the wrap and siding installed in one day with having to return for just an hour the next day to finish caulking and re-installing our downspouts. From quoting to installation, the whole project was completed in less than a week. Everyone we worked with was great! Eric (sales) was so friendly and helpful, he really made us feel comfortable with our decision to use them for this project. Stacey (scheduling) was great with communication and even made sure to get me in contact with a Senior PM, Jon, just to make sure we had a point of contact when Jordan was dealing with a bit of car trouble one morning. We really appreciate everyone's efforts and will be contacting them when we are ready for windows!

  Home Genius Exteriors takes pride in their work and in the satisfaction of their customers. From the time of the consultation to the completion of their work Blake Herbert and Jordan, my project manager, took care of all of my concerns and made me feel like I was a VIP customer. Blake assessed my roofing, siding and gutter issues for the project made sure I got the financing I needed and Jordan made sure all my issues were addressed. I got the platinum package which offers a lifetime warranty as I prefer quality materials and not having to re-do my roof, siding or gutters again. 😅🙏🏻 I recommend Home Genius Exteriors for their professional and customer friendly service and the quality of their workmanship, materials and expertise.   Didn’t have a good experience. They’re very exploitative with their sales tactics. My parents are first-gen, and the sales man tried to take advantage of that, luckily I was home to be able to observe what was going on, but he was very pushy and trying to get us to sign on to something that was just very unaffordable in the long term. I was trying to explain our finances and how it was unaffordable for us until we take care of our other obligations, and he tried comparing a roof payment, to a phone and internet payment to push us into signing. We weren’t in a rush to get our roof done, but we knew we needed to get it done soon. Since I technically wasn’t on the deed, i didn’t have a final say-so, and my mother being vulnerable and naive at the time, ended up signing anyway. When I wanted to cancel, the sales director called and made it seem like it was my fault because the salesman had to pay a fee for us cancelling and that they already had “purchased” the materials, even though we didn’t set up a date yet. Kinda like he was trying to cover him to keep the sale i guess. Then i was given an offer that was far much less than what was originally offered, but still with bad terms of the loan. Thankfully, i was able to cancel and go on about my day. Not trying to discredit what they provide, I'm sure they do amazing work, their process for adding the roof seems very reliable and strong, and id definitely buy services from them if they had affordable options, but i didn't like how the salesman that initially came was very pushy about our roof, it just left a bad taste in my mouth, and the fact that he took advantage of my mother who was very vulnerable in the situation is what infuriated me even more.
