  I wish there were zero stars, because Home Genius does not deserve a rating. Home Genius completed my roof, gutters, and vinyl siding in 2021. As of January 1, 2026, the siding is detaching from my home and actively coming off the structure. I contacted Home Genius today to inquire about warranty coverage. I was informed by a representative, in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, that the two-year workmanship warranty had expired and that no repairs would be made. This outcome is not surprising given the issues that occurred during and immediately after the project in 2021. My signature was electronically affixed to a document stating that the work had been completed, despite the fact that the project was incomplete at the time. As a result, my loan provider released payment to Home Genius for a job that was not finished. During this period, I was in frequent communication with both the project manager and the sales representative regarding unresolved issues, including incomplete roofing and gutter work, construction debris left in my driveway, and wood that was supposed to be replaced but was not. I also experienced a significant and unexplained cost increase. I was initially quoted one price, then later told additional wood was required, increasing the total cost to over $30,000—more than double the original estimate. Despite this claim, when I later inspected my attic, I observed that none of the existing wood had been replaced. Instead, I found exposed nails protruding inward, visible gaps in the roof, and areas where asphalt shingles could be seen from inside the attic. The gutters were improperly installed, with drainage directed toward the foundation rather than away from it. I am not a construction professional, yet these defects were obvious without specialized training. I have written communications from both the project manager and the sales representative acknowledging that the work did not meet what was agreed upon and indicating that corrective action would be taken. Aside from removing debris from my driveway, no meaningful repairs were ever completed. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 2021. In response, Home Genius dismissed my concerns and stated that I did not understand the issues I was raising. That response, combined with the workmanship failures and lack of accountability, speaks for itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Home Genius and strongly advise others to thoroughly document all work, communications, and warranties before proceeding with this company.

  Denis crew did an absolutely amazing job. Everybody carried themselves with the utmost respect and confidence. Dylan, the manager, stayed in contact throughout the project ensuring everything ran smoothly. The crew was friendly, courteous and hospitable. I really appreciate the fact that Home Genius takes the time out to not only provide excellent managers, but to vet their crews as well. They went above and beyond their scope of work to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the project, and that’s a rarity these days. I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again on future projects. This company is very unique from sales point to completion, leaving no doubt that they are going to deliver on their promises. From Blake the sales rep, to Denis’ crews, all the way to Dylan managing the project, I could not have asked for a better group of gentlemen to work with. Thank you so much & we look forward to future business ventures as well!

  Very pleasant visit with the Service tech Angel Martinez, he diagnosed the leak i was experiencing in my back porch and found the root of the problem. He was able to rectify the issue in no time! I will continue to use Home Genius for all of my home improvement services.

  Excellent company! Awesome sales people, project manager and workers!! Reasonable pricing, amazing turn-around time and great communication! They did a beautiful job and I couldn’t be happier with my new roof!! ❤️

  This was a great home improvement experience! 3 days from start to finish . Extremely professional, very courteous. Jordan the project manager was hands on , Daniel the crew chief couldn’t be more accommodating. I definitely would use Home Genius again for home projects and definitely request this same crew.
