- LGLuke GlassJul 29, 20221.0Came to pump septic and diagnostic where smell in house was coming from. Found out it was behind the washer and dryer. When moving it they scratch the washer, broke the dryer vent. Called and they stated they will call back and never did. Do not use them! Only reason I found out about the dryer vent was the hot air blowing on me. They didn’t tell me that they broke it. Photos to show.

I called on Thursday to confirm. At 0751 Friday they called to make sure I was home. Got my voice mail but I returned call at 0759 and they had sent plumber to another call. Yelled at me on the phone when I complained, refused to provide itemized receipt, refused to heat wrap hot water pipes from tank. Go elsewhere.
