I rarely take the time for a bad review. I was charged $650 to locate two leaks with the promise that it would be credited to the repair work. Not only were they unable to locate one leak but when called to fix the leak they found, they refused to service the leak. I got no refund. No call back when I reached out twice. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism.

This looks to be a common problem with them. Their customer service is dreadful. The tech who came to my house was great, however after taking my deposit their office refused to return calls to schedule the appointment, ignored texts via the AI to schedule the appointment, and refused didn't return emails (except for 1). This was all AFTER I paid the deposit. The one email return lied about the poor tech and then offered a time via an email 20 minutes before they closed (not sure why she didn't call) I responded before they opened, still no call or email back. When I finally got a person instead of AI, I was told that time was gone and it wasn't possible to schedule a date yet. All AFTER I paid my deposit. I emailed the owner (Alex) and he never responded. A week after requesting a refund to my AMEX and unsurprisingly they didn't refund and there is nothing pending. I would only pay after completion of service if you decide to do business with them. Of course, a day after cancelling, a competitor came, gave a quote, and completed the job the next day. The price was similar, so there are other options out there.

We just had our the annual HVAC maintenance visit that is part of the Supreme Care Club membership we purchased this summer, primarily for the 10% discount on repair. Yonas was the technician and he is very knowledgeable and professional. No complaints there, he's great. I will note though that the "maintenance" that is included with the membership is really just a check-up. It does not include any real maintenance like cleaning or filter replacement (you have to provide one). Supreme follows the check-up with recommendations for additional service at additional cost. Just be aware.
