We had a great experience working with Mayes Septic & Port a Pots. Everyone I've dealt with has been so kind and helpful, and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend their services, and as an owner of a local business we plan to use them for years to come.

We have always used this company for septic cleaning. The company may have a new owner, but the service is still the same - quick, friendly and efficient. Their prices have gone up a little from last time we had our tank cleaned, but they are still the most reasonable in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Have been using Charles R Mayes for a number of years to pump our septic tank. Charles did a great job pumping out our septic. He has since retired and turned the company over to his daughter. The last time I had the company out to pump my tank the daughter was running it. She has raised the price. But also digging up the lid has been included in my price in the past. And according to my paperwork anything 18" or under there is no charge for. My lid was 17" but I was still charged a digging fee. When I called to dispute the charge she said it was over 18". I had to go out and prove it wasn't by putting a level on the ground and taking a picture. After that she took the charge off my bill. Now 3 years pass and it's time to pump my tank again. How do you think she treated me this time? Not only did she raise my rate, but said she was going to charge me $50 additional for digging. Then went back to how she gave me a break last time. There was no break!! The digging fee was clearly stated on the paperwork. What we have now is a company with the same name but no longer ran the way Charles ran it. If you don't mind someone trying to make a fool out of you on the phone and stealing money from you, then by all means hire this company. Its my money and now that Charles is gone I won't be calling them again!!!
